Refund Policy
A. Scope
This Refund Policy (“the Policy”) shall apply to all participants enrolled in any course conducted by Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy.
This Policy covers all courses, training programmes, workshops, seminars, and corporate events offered by Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy, whether delivered in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format. This includes public scheduled classes, in-house corporate training, and team-building programmes.
B. Payment of Fees
Once enrolled in a course or programme, the participant is strictly bound to pay the agreed full fees.
C. Refund
No refunds shall be issued in the event of a participant’s cancellation of, or failure to complete, the course for any reason whatsoever.
Where any material fee or other fees related to the course, which are separate from the tuition fees, are payable, such fees are also non-refundable.
D. HRDC Claimable Courses
Under this scheme, Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp) will pay the course fee for HRD Corp Claimable Courses (subject to the applicable HRD Corp service fee) directly to Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy by deducting the amount from the registered employer’s levy account. It is the sole responsibility of the participant and/or the sponsoring employer to verify whether the course qualifies as an HRD Corp claimable course and to ensure that all applicable eligibility requirements are satisfied.
For any claims or refunds relating to HRD Corp Claimable Courses, the rules and regulations of HRD Corp shall apply.
In the event of any withdrawal or cancellation by a participant:

- Cancellation may affect the organisation’s grant application and future levy utilisation.
- Participants are advised to consult their Human Resources department and review HRD Corp’s terms before cancelling.
- Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy shall not be responsible for any impact on HRD Corp claims resulting from participant cancellation.
E. Substitution of Participants
If a registered participant is unable to attend the course, a replacement participant from the same organisation or company may be substituted at no additional cost, provided that: ul.a {list-style-type: disc; color: #063058;}
- Written notification is given to Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy at least five (5) working days before the course commencement date
- The replacement participant’s details (full name, NRIC/passport number and email address) are provided.
- For HRD Corp claimable programmes, the replacement participant must also be registered in the applicable HRD Corp system (e.g. e-TRiS or its successor platform).
Where the registration is made by a company on behalf of its employee, the company shall be responsible for managing all necessary matters relating to its HRD Corp grant application and levy utilisation.
F. Rescheduling
Participants may request to reschedule their attendance to a future session of the same programme, subject to availability.
Rescheduling is permitted only once. Requests must be submitted to Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy at least fourteen (14) working days before the course commencement date.
Where a rescheduling request is received less than fourteen (14) working days before the course commencement date, an administrative fee of ten percent (10%) of the course fee shall apply.
Where the registration is made by a company on behalf of its employee, the company shall remain responsible for managing all necessary matters relating to its HRD Corp grant application and levy utilisation.
G. Cancellation Or Postponement by Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy
Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course or training programme due to: ul.a {list-style-type: disc; color: #063058;}
- Insufficient enrolment (minimum participant threshold not met).
- Trainer unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics or government directives.
- Venue or technical issues that cannot reasonably be resolved before the scheduled programme.
- Insufficient enrolment (minimum participant threshold not met); or
- Rescheduling to the next available session at no additional cost.
H. Privacy & Data Protection
Information provided by participants will be used for the administration, management, delivery, assessment, and support of training programmes and may be disclosed to Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy’s authorised service providers, agents, business partners, or relevant regulatory authorities where required by law or for the purposes of administering the programme.
The processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy’s Privacy Policy, where applicable.
I. Revision / Amendment
The Management of Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy reserves the sole and absolute discretion to review, revise, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time.
Any such revision or amendment shall take effect upon publication through the company’s official communication channels or website, where applicable. Participants are encouraged to review the latest version of this Policy from time to time.
This Refund Policy, together with any revisions, amendments or updates, shall form an integral part of the terms and conditions governing enrolment in any programme conducted by Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy.
Any enquiries regarding the interpretation or application of this Policy should be directed to the Training Consultant or authorised representative of Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy.
