Norhidayu Rahim

Founder & CEO

Norhidayu Rahim is a dynamic and accomplished professional with extensive experience in the culinary and education sectors. She is the founder of Santai Artisan Ventures and Thifal Niaga Training & Consultancy, where she has been leading and innovating since 2019. Her entrepreneurial spirit is complemented by her role as a Hospitality Coordinator at Megatech International College and her previous positions as a Chef Lecturer at Berjaya University College of Hospitality and a Lecturer at Victoria International College.

Her skills span a wide range, from culinary arts and pastry baking to proficiency in tools like Illustrator, Canva, SPSS, PLS-SEM, and Microsoft Office. Norhidayu’s academic interests include social entrepreneurship, the theory of planned behavior, and behavioral intention, particularly within the culinary and food services industries.

Norhidayu has also made significant contributions as a trainer, conducting various courses and programs such as the Kursus Artisan Bread & ViennoiserieProgram Kelas Masakan Nasi Kandar, and Introduction to Global Supply Chain Management. Her dedication to training and development is evident through her involvement in initiatives like the Program Latihan Peningkatan Pendapatan Usahawan Felda and Baking for Impact OKU Pekak. 

With a passion for education and a commitment to excellence, Norhidayu Rahim continues to inspire and lead in her field, making a lasting impact on her students and the broader community.
